UT-380 Small 5 axis CNC milling machine

UT-380 is an economical 5-axis CNC machining center with a high-torque DD rotary table and a high-rigidity spindle. It is suitable for machining various complex metal parts with a diameter of up to 380 mm. Its main functions are milling, drilling and tapping. It has RTCP function, which enables the milling of 5 surfaces of the part in one clamping. Reducing the number of clamping times reduces errors.

UT-380 is suitable for high-precision machining of a variety of materials, including but not limited to aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, copper and other metal materials and other types of materials.

Thanks to its excellent structural design and high-quality components, UT-380 is able to achieve high-precision machining and excellent surface finish to meet various precision manufacturing needs. Its positioning accuracy and repeatability are both 0.005mm.

As mentioned above, the diameter of the rotary table of UT-380 is 260mm, but this does not mean that it can only process parts within this range. Since there are gaps on both sides of the rotary table, this machine can actually process parts with a maximum diameter of 380mm.
